My Plussa card is lost or broken – how do I get a new one?

Log in from the top right corner of the page. Select Plussa cards and household, close the lost card and order a new one under Manage. Your new card will arrive by mail in about two weeks.

How can I merge two Plussa households?

You can merge your Plussa membership with another member living in the same household by filling in the form at plussa.fi/lomakkeet.

How do I order an additional card for family members?

As the main member of the Plussa household, you can order an additional card here by selecting Invite a new member.

Why do my Plussa cards have different numbers?

All Plussa cards linked to your membership, including the card in the K-Ruoka app, collect points to the same membership and household even if the card numbers are different.

How can I add a Plussa card to my household details?

You cannot add Plussa cards yourself. Check your cards here and if the card does not appear in your information, please contact customer service.

Where can I update my contact details?

You can update your phone number and email address under My details and membership. Remember to save the changes you make. Name and address details are updated automatically via Posti.

How do I authorize another household member to use Plussa money?

As the main member, you can grant access to Plussa money under Plussa cards and household by selecting the member’s name and enabling the permission.

How do I link my Plussa card to a bank payment card?

You can link the Plussa feature to payment cards from OP, Nordea, OmaSp, Savings Bank and Danske Bank. Instructions can be found on the page Link Plussa to your payment card.

How do I get a Plussa card?

Join as a member and order your Plussa card at plussa.fi/liity. If you are under 18, you must receive an invitation from an adult member of your Plussa household.

How do Plussa points accumulate?

Plussa points accumulate at a rate of 1 € = 1 point in K Group stores. You also receive reward points on grocery purchases in K grocery stores when your monthly purchases exceed 350 €. At the end of the month, your points are converted into Plussa money. You can read more about earning points here.

Why can’t I create a K-tunnus?
