The ownership of at least 100 shares in Kesko is a prerequisite for Shareholder’s K-Plussa. If you own less than 100 shares in Kesko, you will no longer be entitled to K Group’s ’Best Customer’ benefits as a member of Shareholder’s K-Plussa. Kesko checks the shareholdings of the customers who have joined Shareholder’s K-Plussa at regular intervals.

If I am a member of Shareholder’s K-Plussa and then sell my shares in Kesko, will I automatically become a member again if I later buy at least 100 shares in Kesko?
No. If you have resigned from Shareholder’s K-Plussa or if we have deemed you cannot be a member because you do not meet the stated membership requirements for purchases and/or shareholdings, you can re-join Shareholders K-Plussa when you again meet the requirements. We will not, however, automatically reinstate you as a member.

I own shares in Kesko through my company - can I join Shareholder’s K-Plussa based on these shareholdings?
No, only personal shareholdings in Kesko make a Plussa-member eligible for Shareholder’s K-Plussa.

Can I access the benefits granted to K Group’s ’Best Customers’ even if I do not own shares in Kesko?
Yes, you will also receive the same K Group ’Best Customer’ benefits if your Plussa household has accumulated purchases from K Group stores that exceed 6,000 euros for the past 12 months. The same ‘Best Customer’ benefits are offered in both cases, and they are available to all members of your Plussa household.
