Who can join Shareholder’s K-Plussa?
You can now join Shareholder’s K-Plussa if
- You are a member of K Group’s Plussa customer loyalty scheme with personal registered purchases of at least 3,000 euros from K Group stores in Finland over the past 12 months
AND
- You own at least 100 shares in Kesko Corporation.
When joining Shareholder’s K-Plussa, you must grant Kesko permission to check, at regular intervals, that you hold a sufficient number of shares in Kesko. We check the amount of Plussa purchases accumulated by customers who have joined Shareholder’s K-Plussa once a year. You can see your 12-month accumulated Plussa purchases in the K-Ruoka app or by logging into your Plussa account.
By joining Shareholder’s K-Plussa, you will become a K Group Best Customer. The Best Customer membership level is valid for twelve months at a time. The membership level is granted to all members of the same Plussa household. You cannot join Shareholder’s K-Plussa if you are a student member of K-Plussa.

SHAREHOLDING
I am a Kesko shareholder – do I need to be a member of K Group’s Plussa customer loyalty programme to be able to join Shareholder’s K-Plussa?
Yes, in order to join Shareholder’s K-Plussa, you must be a member of the Plussa customer loyalty programme in Finland. You can link your existing personal Plussa membership to Shareholder’s K-Plussa.
In order to join Shareholder’s K-Plussa, your personal registered purchases from K Group stores must have totalled at least 3,000 euros for the past 12 months.
Kesko Corporation has two share series: A shares and B shares. Does it matter which share series I own?
No, share series are irrelevant for Shareholder’s K-Plussa: you can own A series and/or B series shares, as long as the total number of Kesko shares you hold is at least 100.
Does it make a difference whether my Kesko shares are in a book-entry account or an equity savings account?
No, for Shareholder’s K-Plussa it does not make a difference whether your shares are in a book-entry or an equity savings account.
Can I still be part of Shareholder’s K-Plussa and receive K Group’s ’Best Customer’ benefits if I sell my shares in Kesko?
The Best Customer membership level is valid for 12 months when gained through Shareholder’s K-Plussa, after which we will review whether you still meet the requirements for the Best Customer membership. Best Customers who have gained the membership level through Shareholder’s K-Plussa must have at least 100 Kesko shares, and their personal Plussa purchases at K Group stores must be at least 3,000 euros in the previous 12 months.
If I am a member of Shareholder’s K-Plussa and then sell my shares in Kesko, will I automatically become a member again if I later buy at least 100 shares in Kesko?
No, if you have not resigned from Shareholder’s K-Plussa, denied our right to review your shareholding, or if you have less than 100 Kesko shares, you will have to rejoin.
I own shares in Kesko through my company - can I join Shareholder’s K-Plussa based on these shareholdings?
No, only personal shareholdings in Kesko make a Plussa-member eligible for Shareholder’s K-Plussa.
Can I become a K Group Best Customer even though I don’t own Kesko shares?
Yes you can. You can also become a K Group Best Customer if your Plussa household has spent over 6,000 euros in K Group stores in the preceding 12 months.
PURCHASES
If my personal Plussa purchases do not exceed 3,000 euros, can I join Shareholder’s K-Plussa if my household’s Plussa purchases exceed 3,000 euros
You cannot, as only the personal Plussa purchases at K Group stores made by a customer who owns Kesko shores are counted as Shareholder’s K-Plussa purchases.
Will I still receive Best Customer benefits if my personal Plussa purchases are less than 3,000 euros over 12 months?
Best Customers who have gained the membership level through Shareholder’s K-Plussa must have at least 100 Kesko shares, and their personal Plussa purchases at K Group stores must be at least 3,000 euros in the previous 12 months. If you do not own shares, you can become a Best Customer if your Plussa household’s purchases at K Group stores exceed 6,000 euros in a year
Are purchases made with a Business Plussa card included for Shareholder’s K-Plussa?
No, business customers cannot join Shareholder’s K-Plussa, and purchases made with business cards will not be included.

You can join even if you are already a K Group Best Customer.
How long is the Shareholder’s K-Plussa membership valid?
Best Customer membership is valid for 12 months when gained through Shareholder’s K-Plussa, after which we will review whether you still meet the requirements for Best Customer membership, regarding both your shareholding and purchases.
How can I cancel joining Shareholder’s K-Plussa?
By contacting K-Plussa customer service or under “membership level” when you log in at Plussa.fi.
